Hey Anonymous - yes, I am. Could you please explain? It's the sound the piston makes as it's delivering... wasn't aware that it was an optional noise. Thanks!
that's funny! i never remember to turn down the sounds made during the day cause i need them loud at night, like for test reminders. when my pump starts singing the mexican hat dance at work (in a grocery store) i get some really wierd looks! i can also hear the piston, and each and every basal delivery too! and yet my husband thinks i'm deaf! hahah!
Also, please explain why there is a Set/Edit button under temporary basal on the MM pump...you can't edit it! You have to go in and cancel, then reset it!
Seems like a very valid question!
ReplyDeleteI'm assuming you're using a Ping. You can turn those sounds off.

ReplyDeleteHa! Love it!
ReplyDeleteAND it lights up and shows through your shirt (if you wear it where I do). A friend I was dining with pointed that out. Love your cartoons!
ReplyDeleteYes!
ReplyDeleteWhen I am home alone I can hear every click of every basal delivery :)
P.S. Loving the "what gives" series :)
